超真摯的情感讓人眼淚完全不受控制了
任達華在《樓下的房客》用各種詭異行徑和駭人表情自然詮釋「變態房東」，並一人扮演臥底警察、喪女之父等多重身分，影帝的精彩演技連好萊塢名導都為之懾服。《星際異攻隊》導演詹姆斯昆恩（James Gunn）11日在臉書曬出家中龐大的港片收藏，網友提議他找香港演員參演電影，詹姆斯則點名回應：「我很希望能與任達華合作！」
勤跑映後座談
《樓下的房客》儘管是限制級，仍無懼其他美、日強片夾擊，上映首日就衝破1000萬台幣票房，不但在周五上班時間就有數廳滿座，午夜場更是多場完售。導演崔震東為感謝影迷支持，帶領演員勤跑映後座談，其中一場發生緊急狀況，所有人全被塞在車陣中，只有莊凱勛準時抵達，他笑說只好獨自Hold住全場：「我１人模仿８個房客頂著先！」
影迷台下落淚
演員們從12日起，３天出席了43場映後座談，一天平均狂趕近15場，演員森竣跟李杏表示雖很累，但聽到影迷們的回饋就很值得。
邵雨薇在一場座談上，提到在片中和任達華的特殊父女情，有影迷在台下感動落淚，被侯彥西眼尖發現，邵雨薇趕緊安慰：「不要哭，不要哭！」影迷則羞說：「真的是太感動了嘛！」
